Project SCS is a growing construction and maintenance company working on commercial projects, general construction, and ongoing maintenance contracts. We are currently looking for two experienced construction operatives to join our site and maintenance teams in the Dublin / Leinster area.
About the Role
This is a hands on role suited to someone with solid site experience who is comfortable working across different types of construction and maintenance work. You will be involved in:
General construction and fit out works
Repairs, installations, and snagging
Commercial maintenance and service call outs
Working on active sites and occupied buildings
You will be expected to work independently when required, represent the company professionally, and complete jobs safely and to a high standard.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
Proven, practical experience in construction (minimum 3+ years preferred)
Ability to carry out general construction and maintenance tasks without supervision
Safe Pass and Manual Handling (valid and up to date)
Willingness to work overtime, early starts, and occasional weekends
A strong understanding of health & safety on site
Good communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with clients
Ability to travel to sites across Dublin and Leinster
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Trade background or qualification
Experience in carpentry, plumbing, mechanical or electrical works
Previous commercial or maintenance contract experience
