Project: Large Scale Residential and Commercial New Builds
Essentials: 4+ years’ project engineering experience in Ireland, proficiency in GPS and Total Station; Main Contractor experience.
Location: a variety of projects in Greater Dublin
Salary: €70,000 - €90,000

- Coordinate and manage technical aspects of the project from construction through to completion
- Support the Project Manager and site team to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
- Liaise with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and coordination issues
- Drive QA/QC processes and ensure full BCAR compliance across all stages of the project
- Oversee internal fit-out works and ensure high-quality delivery standards are maintained
- Monitor project progress and support programme management across key work packages
- Review drawings, technical submittals, and construction details to ensure compliance and buildability
- Carry out inspections and ensure works are completed in line with project specifications and industry standards
- Support site coordination and communication between all project stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle
