Quality Manager - Data Centre Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Quality Lead on façade, envelope, and assigned certifier requirements.
• Manage the rollout and maintenance of the Procore Quality DMS platform.
• Review quality procedures to ensure BCAR compliance and industry best practice.
• Conduct site inspections, benchmarking reviews, and internal quality audits.
• Assess façade systems, materials, and product applications for compliance and suitability.
• Issue quality alerts, technical guidance, and lessons learned communications.
• Coordinate with design teams, technical managers, and specialist subcontractors on specifications and approvals.
• Monitor quality assurance processes for cladding, curtain walling, roofing, waterproofing, glazing, and external finishes.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, and project specifications.
• Deliver training on BCAR, façade quality, fire safety, waterproofing, and inspection procedures.
• Support quality issue resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Integrated Management System
