Projects: High-density Residential, Pharmaceutica, Industrial & Fit-Out
Essentials: Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred); minimum 7 years’ experience in EHS roles; prior experience on construction projects within large-scale developments with a Main Contractor
Package: Company vehicle or car allowance; 26 days annual leave; pension (10%); bonus; company laptop and mobile phone
Salary: €75,000 - €90,000

Key Responsibilities:

Policy & Compliance: Implement and maintain company EHS management systems, ensuring full compliance with statutory provisions and health & safety legislation.

Advisory & Culture: Act as the subject matter expert, providing proactive guidance to management, employees, and sub-contractors to promote an incident- and injury-free workplace.

Risk Management: Coordinate and review critical safety documentation, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and Permits to Work.

Training & Development: Deliver engaging site inductions, EHS training programs, and support site management with ongoing Toolbox Talks.

Audits & Inspections: Conduct regular site audits and inspections, reporting findings to senior management and ensuring immediate corrective actions are taken.

Incident Investigation: Lead incident investigations, identify lessons learned, and manage regulatory reporting to Directors, Insurers, and the Health & Safety Authority (HSA).

EHS Administration: Maintain accurate EHS registers, generate monthly safety reports, and compile the final project Safety File for client handover.
